Training modules are categorized into three main levels:

Development Overview

1. Introductory Modules (Intro)

Purpose: Designed for learners with no prior exposure to the subject matter.

Format: Typically, half to one-day workshops or self-learning sessions.

Target Audience: Employees who require basic knowledge to support daily productivity.

Content: Provides understanding of initial concepts, terminology, and frameworks.

Outcome: Prepares learners for further in-depth training programs.

2. Understanding & Implementation Modules (U&I)

Purpose: Framed for in-depth learning and familiarization with specific standards and norms.

Format: Typically 3 – 5 day facilitator led; virtual or self-learning modules coupled with facilitator and peer interaction .

Target Audience: Business assurance teams, SHEQ (Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality) managers, ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) managers, or Centre of Excellence teams.

Content: Covers regulatory requirements, standards, best practice frameworks, and methodologies for implementation.

3. Auditing Modules (Internal or Lead)

Purpose: Supports professional development in auditing.

Format: Range of courses tailored to different needs and delivered based on accreditation requirements.

Target Audience: Internal auditors and independent audit service providers.

Content: Ensures competency in internal self-attestation, compliance with management system standards, and preparation for third-party assessments.

Additional Offerings: Includes soft skills training such as customer service, financial skills, report writing, basic telephone etiquette, and communication skills. These can be accredited or non-accredited short courses designed to meet individual and organizational learning and development requirements.

Outcome: Enhances individual skills and team performance, complementing team strengths.
